About Us

We established back in 2004, and is predominately run by myself, James Ayling.  Although the last 11 years have been my own business, I have always worked in the joinery trade.

Even at 9 years, I built my first two storey tree house and hung my first door.  I then started carrying out small projects for family and friends, including gates for my grandad’s driveway along with showcases and cabinets. On leaving school I worked in a small factory making speakers for pop concerts and then to a joinery shop creating furniture and joinery allowing me to learn the trade.

On leaving, I now solely own J.A.Joinery but work with a team of skilled professionals whom I contract to assist depending on the types of projects specific clients require.  We are renowned for our excellent work but most of all we are trustworthy and reliable, do ask for a reference from our clients.
